Make Note : if you didn't know, "Puff Pastry Chicken is what KFC, Chickken Inn/Eat & Lick Chicken is with the Crunchy-ness, but in,this case, YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN MIXTURE OF SPICES & FLAVOURINGS WITH THE EGG'S & FLOUR YOU USE FOR THE PROCESS!!!
To Make Some Yourslef, You Will Need :
Baking Flour (Self Raising will make the "Puff Pastry a little Thicker)
Eggs (The Eggs also are what help the "Puff" come into the "Thicker layer of the Puff Pastry Crunchiness <if you have ever fried eggs with flour added to them for thickness you will understand more)
Salt
Chicken Pieces of your Choice, at least 4-10
2 to 3 Kinds of Spices Of Your Choice (For about 5 pieces of drumsticks & such you may need 4-5 tablespoons of Spices IF YOU WANT MUCH FLAVOURING on top of the Eggs Flour & Salt, otherwise even Just Eggs Flour & Salt can work, but the Spices with more variety of flavour

(3) - A Basic WRITTEN Recipe for Home made nandos (Understanding Portugese Chicken & Its "Base" of "Vinegar & Garlic")
BASIC INGREDIENTS :Chicken
Vinegar
Lots of Garlic
Mixed herbs
Soup powder
Salt
*add other stuff for variations of it, remember. Nandos is portugese chicken based on vinegar and garlic*
Take as many chicken pieces as you want and set them in a boiling pot or in an oven dish with a cover.
Take two whole garlic cloves and mash them or cut them into the smallest pieces you can and place in a cup (roughly a 500 ml container).
Take a bottle of vinegar and pour either a quarter of it or half into the cup with the garlic depending on how much chicken you put in the pot or dish.
Take quite an amount of some royco usavi mix and quite a bit of mixed herbs and also mix in the cup with a spoon.
Now you have created a basic nandos sauce (vinegar and garlic based), and if you would like your recipe to be a bit more personal, feel free to use whatever other herbs and spices you may have lying around.
Take one Green Peper and tomatoes and onions for the soup and chop and dice untill as small as possible.
Pour the contents of your cup or container into the oven dish or pot and set heat at about 220(if using oven) and on high if youre using a stove.
Also put the chopped green pepper and tomato and onions inside and make sure that the level of the liquid is more than half way. You can always add water to save vinegar. The more vinegar you use the more spicy it is.
Let the chicken and the rest of the food boil or bake untill all the pieces of chicken are cooked thoroughly through.
When ready you can serve with rice or sadza or even potatoes etc... you can even use the soup for macaroni or noodles if that is what you are having with the chicken.
